One of K-Pop's newest debut groups, Big Ocean, makes a splash with their recent debut just this past week. Big Ocean, under Parastar Entertainment, debuted April 20th with their first single "Glow". The group is comprised of three members Chanyeon, Hyunjin and Jiseok. The trio are the first hearing impaired idol group and use Korean Sign Language, American Sign Language and International Sign Language. Big Ocean hopes to break prejudice toward people with disabilities.
In an interview with Korea.net the group explained "We dream of a world with no barriers where disabled and non-disabled people, young and old, and Koreans and non-Koreans can live together in harmony. We also want everyone to express themselves freely and accept themselves for who they are."

Jiseok has expressed "Regardless of what people think, I want to become a singer whom others will say 'Wow, he's amazing', a singer who breaks the stereotype." (Korea Now)
Already loved by many and with a growing fanbase the group is currently holding a vote on Twitter for fans to pick their fandom name with "Pado" (파도), which means wave, currently in the lead. The group is slated to release two new songs this summer. We can't wait to see what this trio has in store now that they have debuted, and fans all over the world share the same excitement.
